4:57Now PlayingBJP workers in Tamil Nadu's Thanjavur have now escalated the matter of a 17-year-old girl's suicide by revealing the identity of the deceased. BJP in Thanjavur have gone ahead and erected banners in several places across the city and dirty politics have now erupted. BJP has also alleged forced conversion in the state which ultimately led to the 17-year-old taking her life. Thanjavur Police have now taken cognizance of the matter and added that revealing the identity of the deceased victim is a punishable offence under Section 67 of the Juvenile Justice Act. However, it is yet to be seen if the accused will be identified and will be punished.
