Prime Minister Modi has been attending this annual event ever since he came to power. NCC rally is being organized annually at the Cariappa ground since 1953. A splendid show was put up by the NCC cadets and Prime Minister Modi inspected the Guard of Honour. He also honoured the star cadets with medals. PM Modi is all set to address the rally in just a short while from now. Prime Minister Modi is joined by Union Defence Minister Rajnath Singh.
