In the recent developments concerning the strategic disinvestment of Air India, all the formal procedures have been completed. The national airline has been handed over back to Tata Group after 70 years and now, govt of India does not have any share in it. The consideration amount of 2700 Crores has also been transferred to the Government. 20000 employees of Air India are to be retained by Tata. Tata Group announced this news through a tweet stating that a new chapter has begun. Meanwhile, the details of the new board of members will soon be announced
