Further on, PM Modi also took a dig at the Congress party and blames them for the rapid outspread of cases in the 1st covid lockdown. He also took a jibe at the opposition and states that 'Congress doesn't want to fulfil the dreams of Mahatma Gandhi; I think you (Congress) have made up your mind not to come to power for the next 100 years.'
