Mean while in India, After Petition was filed against the Centre blaming them for use of Pegasus software to spy on phones of political personalities, journalists; Supreme Court set up an investigation panel to look into the case. Public notice was issued to submit phones for checking on Pegasus traits if any on those devices. The panel has received just 2 devices. The deadline to submit phones was extended till today. The Investigative Panel will themselves check the evidence, post which the panel will deliver a verdict.
