7:07Now PlayingIn the latest developments concerning the evacuation process of Indians under operation Ganga, the Ministry of External Affairs on Thursday has stated that around 6400 Indians have been brought back so far. It also stated that over 18000 Indians have left Ukraine since the initial advisories were issued by the government. 15 flights have landed in India in the last 24 hours that carried over 3000 Indians. Meanwhile, 18 more flights have been scheduled for Indians stranded in Ukraine and more than 7400 Indians are expected to be brought back in the next two days. However, several Indians are still stranded in Kharkiv, and attempts of rescuing them are also being made by the government.
