as posted by the channelIn a major political move, NCP has decided to relieve senior leader Nawab Malik from the key portfolio of Minority Affairs ministers. This move comes 23 days after the senior leader was arrested by the ED and is believed to have been taken under pressure. However, the NCP has made it clear that the minister will not be asked to quit the party and the move has been taken under temporary provisions. Malik was arrested by the NCB in February in a money laundering case and over alleged links Dawood Ibrahim. This is seen as a major political movement that has been taken by the NCP which has been under continuous pressure since Malik's arrest.
