The rules will be implemented from June 10. Mumbai Traffic Police say if riders break the rule, they will have to pay a Rs 500 fine. Currently, Mumbai traffic police take a 500 Rs fine for not wearing helmets or suspending the licence of normal riders. But from June 10, the same rule will be applied to pillion riders too.
