5:14Now PlayingThe Popular Front of India (PFI) organized a huge protest march against Kerala CM Pinarayi Vijayan in Thiruvananthapuram on Monday. The group of protestors was seen raising slogans against the state government and leading its march towards Chief Minister Pinarayi Vijayan's residence.
PFI had announced that the protest will be carried out across the country. This comes after ED froze the bank accounts of the PFI in an ongoing PMLA investigation on June 1. Meanwhile, The Uttar Pradesh Police on Monday arrested nine more people in connection with the Kanpur violence, taking the number of total arrests to 38. Police said that all the arrested and accused will be booked under the stringent National Security Act and the Gangster Act.
