Meanwhile, the civic council fired an officer in charge of these projects' monitoring on Monday. In 10 days, the Bengaluru civic authority will file a status report in the Karnataka High Court on the city's pothole situation. Last Monday, the high court warned the civic body that failing to patch potholes would be considered contempt of court.
