The Union Cabinet chaired by PM Modi has approved DoT’s 5G Spectrum auction through which spectrum will be assigned to bidders to provide 5G services to the public and enterprises.
"The first & foremost challenge will be 5G device availability", says Charu Paliwal, Counterpoint Research Analyst in conversation with Heena Gambhir. She also goes on to say, "I don't think there are reports that confirm any health hazards from 5G."
"There will be a strong move where Indian telecom industry is going to move away from Chinese companies", remarks Kanishk Gaur, Technology Expert. The 5G Spectrum Auction is set to begin on July 26th.
