as posted by the channelAs per the latest updates of Mirror Now, the Ladakh High Court accepted the plea of the Kashmiri Pandit Sangharsh Association, which says that the Central Government and Union Territory Government will investigate the killings of the Hindu minority in the Kashmir Valley and immediately transfer the minority Hindus from Kashmir to safe places with security. As per the reports, an organisation called Kashmiri Pandit Sangharsh Samiti is led by Sanjay Tiku, who has been residing in Kashmir for several years and didn't leave Kashmir in the 1990's. He had represented a letter in the high court that there was a need for the inervention of the central government in the case of minority killings in the valley. Apart from this, officials will also be summoned in court to explain why the valley is not safe and why the killings are taking place.
