It could be Singapore, Dubai, or even India. Sri Lanka Speaker Mahinda Yapa Abeywardena has announced Prime Minister Ranil Wickremesinghe as the acting President. However, the opposition has contested this move as Rajapaksa is yet to resign from his top position. Sources say that the President has assured the Speaker that he will resign today and the new President will be elected on the 20th of July.
