The plea filled by them includes amend in the 'cooling-off period' & tenure of its office bearers. Post the apex court allows #BCCI to modify its constition, #SauravGanguly & #JayShah are set to continue as BCCI president & secretary respectively. Eventually it allows an extended tenure of 3 years to the president and secretary. Officially, Dada and Shah's term were coming to an end in September.
