According to the Reports, the accused, identified as Dr Rajneesh Galwa. A local passing by on a bike spotted this animal abuse. He immediately interjected and made the driver stop the car. Later, the dog was unchained by the locals. The injured dog was taken to the hospital by the locals. The city's #DogHomeFoundation has registered a case against the accused.
