In the latest developments, the Bombay High court has upheld the claims of the NCP and has granted permission to it to hold puja at the Ghatkopar Ground. Meanwhile, the BJP has been denied permission by the court despite having assent from the police. This comes after the NCP was denied permission by the BMC to hold puja at Ghatkopar park after which the party decided to move High Court and claimed that it had prior permission for Ganpati, Chhath, and Navratri.
