The group on Wednesday announced that it has entered into a new share purchase agreement to sell off the remaining shares held in low-cost carrier Air Asia, to Air India. The aviation group had also made similar deals in the past and had sold its equity to Air India in 2020 and 2021. With this move, the AAIPL becomes a 100% subsidiary of the Tata group-owned Air India. Watch the complete video to know more!
