DK Shivakumar said that he apprehends that the ED might summon him again and sought protection from the Delhi High Court. He was represented by senior Congress leader and advocate Kapil Sibal who argued that Shivakumar had already been summoned by the investigation agency multiple times, and can be summoned again during the Karnataka polls.
