3:24Now PlayingSupreme court hearing the plea of three alleged BJP agents over Poaching MLAs in Telangana has deferred the hearing to the 7th of this month. Supreme Court, on hearing the petition, has not granted interim relief for three alleged BJP agents. Three agents were arrested by Telangana Police and sent under custody over the charges of poaching TRS MLAs. After hearing the matter for half an hour, the Supreme Court deferred the case for the next hearing and denied any interim relief. Justice BR Gavai, lead bench, made clear that pending the hearing in Telangana High Court or Supreme court will not prevent the lower court from considering the bail applications of the accused.
