This is his second appearance before the agency in connection with the Bengal Teachers' Recruitment Scam. He was last seen on November 7th in the ED office. He was previously questioned by the ED in a scam case. Adhikari is Bengal's junior education minister, and his daughter managed to be a teacher, and the court has noticed measure favoritism. Adhikari, accused of getting his daughter a job in primary school. The court asked Adhikari to tell her daughter to resign from the position she acquired illegally and return all the money she got in the form of salary to the state government.
