The Supreme Court has said that Delhi Deputy Chief Minister Manish Sisodia's affidavit is absolutely unnecessary, and the top court further said that the Delhi government vs. LG issue is already pending in the top court. SC went on to say that it would not reply on this issue for now.
"This is a political issue, and we will deal with it constitutionally. Only the Constitution Bench will answer." says, Dhananjaya Y. Chandrachud, Chief Justice of India. "We will not respond before the court," he added further. As per the reports, the top court will freeze all other petitions on related issues.
