3:59Now PlayingAccording to the most recent Mirror Now updates, the ongoing tussle between the Kerala government and governor has escalated. Kerala's government has now removed Kerala Governor Arif Mohammed Khan from the post of Chancellor of Kerala Kalamandalam Deemed University. Now, BJP leader and union minister V. Muraleedharan has slammed the move, claiming that Chief Minister Pinarayi Vijayan and his party are engaging in corruption, nepotism, and illegal appointments. He said, "They are affecting the autonomy of the university. Because of nepotism, the governor has been against illegal appointees of party workers. Every university is run by a political party, not a governor."
