The Enforcement Directorate had named Amit Arora, Sameer Mahendru, Vijay Nair, Abhishek Boinpally, and two others as accused in the supplementary complaint. The Times Network has accessed the charge sheet. The Times Network has details of how phones used during the scam were destroyed by Vijay Nair. These are explosive details from the charge sheet.
