According to sources, the ministry of home affairs has given the CBI permission to charge Manish Sisodia in the alleged snooping case. The CBI's request for prosecution sanction was approved by the Lieutenant Governor of Delhi and forwarded to the MHA. The feedback Unit case is the case in which the AAP government allegedly established a feedback unit in 2015 with the goal of increasing the vigilance and gathering work of various government departments.
