The delegation included a former judge, a bureaucrat, and representatives of civil society. Following the discussion, team member Raj Pal Singh stated that even after Shahjahan was arrested in relation to the case, up to 11 persons were still posing a threat to the residents. "Even after several of them were arrested, there are 11 additional persons on our list who continue to threaten women. In an interview with the media, Singh stated, "I have their details with me."
