According to government sources, the conference discussed and a 100-day plan for rapid action following the formation of a new administration in May was decided upon for prompt execution. They claimed that after more than two years of intense planning, the "Viksit Bharat" roadmap was created. It involved a "whole of government" approach involving all ministries and extensive consultations with state governments, academic institutions, business associations, civil society, scientific organisations, and youth mobilisation for ideas.
