On today’s Outkick the Show, Clay Travis discussed Tua Tagovailoa’s injury and expressed his opinion that Alabama’s playoff hopes are now probably over. Clay also has the opinion that any criticism of Nick Saban for playing Tua with a 35-7 lead is unwarranted. Tua’s draft status, said Travis, is something that will be intriguing to watch.

Clay Travis ranked his top 4 CFB playoff teams as follows:

1. LSU

2. Ohio State

3. Clemson

4. Georgia

Clay Travis then gave his national Outkick top ten for the week:

10. Penn State

9. Minnesota

8. Oklahoma

7. Utah

6. Oregon

5. Georgia

4. Alabama

3. Clemson

2. Ohio State

1. LSU

Clay Travis then gave his weekly SEC power rankings:

14. Arkansas

13. Vanderbilt

12. Mississippi State

11. Ole Miss

10. Missouri

9. Kentucky

8. South Carolina

7. Tennessee

6. Texas A&M

5. Auburn

4. Florida

3. Georgia

2. Bama

1. LSU

Clay Travis then commented on the NFL’s workout for Colin Kaepernick on Saturday. Clay said Colin turned the workout into a circus and explained how Kaepernick turned the opportunity into a mess.

Clay Travis also talked about the Baltimore Ravens and Houston Texans matchup, admitting he was wrong about the outcome. Clay also took time to point out the ongoing struggles the NFL has with the pass interference rule. Clay remains steadfast in calling QB Lamar Jackson a flash-in-the-pan.

Finally, Clay Travis commented on the impeachment process. Clay said the House of Representatives, under a Democratic majority, will impeach President Donald Trump and the Senate, under a Republican majority, will vote not to remove him. That, said Travis, is the score of the football game the media is pretending not to know.
