On today’s Outkick the Show, Clay Travis discussed Cam Newton’s current status with his injured foot taking him off the roster for the season as the Carolina Panthers have placed him on injured reserve. Clay considered which teams might have an interest in Newton if the Panthers decide to move on and embrace Kyle Allen as their QB moving forward.

Clay Travis also commented on the coaching vacancy at FSU, and Minnesota’s PJ Fleck is officially off the table after agreeing to a 7-year contract extension. Bob Stoops was rumored to be the next head coach of FSU but Kirk Herbstreit, among others, quelled that rumor on Twitter. Clay offered his list of potential candidates which includes Mark Stoops, Matt Campbell, and Hugh Freeze.

Clay Travis discussed the Los Angeles Chargers’ response to the rumor that the organization will be relocated to London. In a flurry of expletives, the owner of the Chargers said they are not moving from Los Angeles.
