YouTube Description
as posted by the channelCoronavirus Update.
Deaths continue to decline substantially. 20% decline Tuesday compared to the week before.
Nearly 20%, I think it was 18.2% for the sticklers out there.
A massive decline in coronavirus deaths. Even as cases have increased, we have seen a monstrous decline in overall number of deaths.
And I understand that the coronabros are out there and are telling you “Oh my God, look at Arizona, Texas, California. Deaths aren’t increasing. At least not yet.
Do you know why deaths aren’t increasing. Because the people who are sick right now are 20 and 30 year olds.
As a result, those 20 and 30 year olds are not, overall, having severe health consequences.
If they go to the hospital at all, they spend a couple days there before they are discharged.
They are continuing the trend here that has received almost zero attention.
The CDC said that 25 million people have already had this — in their opinion.
This drives the death rate down monstrously.
Remember, half of the people who are dying — in most states — are in nursing homes.
If you are outside of a nursing home, even if you get the coronavirus, you have a 99.8% chance of being fine.
Even if you get it. The average 20 or 30-something who is getting this virus is basically experiencing it as the equivalent of a cold if they even have it at all.
And so when you actually look at the data, these are important details.
The media is focused on young people who are getting sick and who have almost negative consequences. They aren’t telling you that deaths are declining — right now by 90%.
Could it change? Certainly. If we’ve learned anything, it is that trying to make realistic and reliable predictions even for expert epidemiologists when it comes to the coronavirus is incredibly difficult to do.
But, the data here, the data reflects that deaths are down 90% from the peak at the end of April.
Right now, we are working on the 10th straight week for declining deaths since its peak in April.
Tuesday, as you know, is usually the worst day out there. And it was the lowest number of deaths for a Tuesday since March (yesterday).
Numbers should be down again today. This is absolute lunacy. We need to get back to work and we need to keep this virus out of nursing homes. That is easy.
