For 20 years America has spent trillions of dollars and thousands of lives of American service members, all to keep the homeland safe. Meanwhile, the War on Terror has terrorized over a dozen countries and killed hundreds of thousands of innocent civilians all over the world. It has been an abject failure and it needs to end, but will it?
