At a press conference today, Senate Banking Committee Chairman Chris Dodd said, "If we dont take action, this could happen again. I am committed to making sure bad decisions on Wall Street never again lead to economic devastation on Main Street. This bill will make sure that taxpayers are never again put on the hook for massive bailouts like the Bush administration paid out in 2008.
