1:09:36Now PlayingMollie Engelhart is an inspiration both as a chef and as an entrepreneur. I’m deeply passionate about food, and it was truly an honor to sit down with her.
She’s the Executive chef and owner of Sage Plant-Based Bistro, and she operates a 17-acre, regenerative/organic farm called Sow a Heart (sowaheart.com) that doubles as an animal rescue. She is also Executive Producer of the award-winning documentary film, "May I Be Frank”, and she’s on the board of directors for Kiss the Ground (kisstheground.com), which recently released a Netflix documentary of the same name starring Woody Harrelson.
Her story of triumph in a pandemic in the BEST possible way is remarkable, and I’ve been fortunate to personally benefit from her shift into direct-to-consumer CSA boxes, straight from her farm.
If you're entrepreneurial with a passion for the planet, this is an inspiring conversation that you won’t want to miss!
