Morning Routine of A Devout Catholic Revert

Each morning, I start my day in a way that anchors me deeply in faith. I wake up and head straight to Adoration and Mass, bringing all my intentions, worries, and hopes to Jesus. This routine, simple yet profoundly sacred, has become my lifeline as a revert—drawing me closer to Him each day.

Here’s what my mornings look like: ten minutes of spiritual reading to feed my soul, one chapter of Gospel reading to listen to His voice, and then, after Mass, ten minutes of thanksgiving to reflect and soak in the grace of His presence. I always finish by kneeling before the Tabernacle, offering my body, my day, and my work to Him, asking that His will becomes my will, and that He may use me as He pleases.

Through the sacraments, daily Mass, confession, and frequent reception of the Eucharist, I’ve found strength and grace beyond what I could manage alone. No excuses, just a wholehearted commitment to be His. This is my way of saying, every day, “Lord, I am yours. I am here to serve.”
