Hope: God's Love in Times of Doubt Will Save You

Do you ever feel like Peter, stepping out in faith but then sinking under the weight of fear and doubt? He had the courage to step off the boat, to walk toward Jesus on the water. But when he looked at the wind and the waves instead of keeping his eyes on Christ, he began to sink.

Here’s the beautiful part: Jesus didn’t let Peter drown in his doubt. The moment Peter cried out, “Lord, save me,” Jesus immediately reached out His hand and pulled him back up.

That’s what hope looks like. It’s not about never feeling fear or doubt—it’s about trusting that Jesus is always there, ready to lift us up. When we feel like we’re sinking, all we have to do is call out to Him. He won’t let us go.

So if you’re feeling overwhelmed by life, remember this: even when the waves feel too high, Jesus is already reaching for you. Don’t give up—hope is right there in His hands.
