8:43Now PlayingChoose your plaid fighter: Montana man with an attitude, or sniveling elitist white nationalist?
Earlier this month, while infamous Fox News host Tucker Carlson was vacationing at his Montana compound, he was confronted by a concerned citizen at a local fishing store who called Tucker “the worst human being.” It’s great to see people reaping some of what they sow, but “worst human being known to mankind” is almost an understatement. Is he ... human? Have we proven this?
Fox News and Tucker Carlson’s show responded to this incident with the following statement: “No public figure should be accosted regardless of their political persuasion or beliefs simply due to the intolerance of another point of view.” The irony here is almost painful. Many times throughout the years Tucker Carlson specifically, and Fox News more broadly, has called for their viewers to take direct action against figures they are railing against that week. It really sucks when the shoe is on the other foot. Ouchie!
There’s a long list of reasons why a reasonable person would call Tucker Carlson “the worst human being,” but it was specifically about his show’s full embrace of vaccine-hesitancy and support for white nationalism. Tucker has repeatedly called the vaccine into question, warning his viewers about a more sinister federal plot that must be associated with a vaccine for a once in a century pandemic.
