Andrew Cuomo, who since this recording has resigned as the Democratic Governor of New York, has been accused of multiple and repeated instances of sexual harassment after the Attorney General of New York, Letitia James, released a damning reporting chronicling Cuomo’s pattern of abuse. Cuomo has mostly denied the overwhelming evidence of abuse, and has instead deflected blame onto the most cartoonish of excuses: he’s Italian and it’s part of his culture.
Seeing as how his Dad ran for governor under the campaign slogan “Vote For Cuomo, Not The Homo,” perhaps family culture is a partial explanation as to why he’s this deranged, but Italians certainly are not all power crazed serial sexual harassers. Maybe in the future Andrew Cuomo can run for governor under the slogan “Vote For The Abuser, Not The Loser.”
