We got some glimmer of how much more vile a Republican presidency could be when it comes to the ongoing assault on the Palestinian people. While maybe no other Democrat could be as pro-Israel as Joe Biden, Donald Trump and his lackeys take it to a whole other level of cruelty.
Recently, Trump’s son in law Jared Kushner was speaking at Harvard Kennedy School’s Middle East Initiative when he shrugged off the idea that the 2 million Palestinians who once called Gaza home may never return.
He admitted Netanyahu would never allow them back to their homes but then pivots to the idea that ‘borders have always shifted’ during war. In other words when we accuse Israel of doing a war of re-conquest and colonization of Gaza that is exactly what they’re doing. But then the former first failson added some pissy salt into the wounds of all who care about human rights.
He said that in fact the waterfront property in Gaza could be very valuable. Because of course he did since he is the son of a corrupt real estate family, and a raging Zionist.
This is profiteering off of ethnic cleansing at its most unforgivable.
