4:51Now PlayingAfter getting flack from all sides about the Heritage Foundation’s fascistic policy roadmap called Project 2025, Donald Trump tried to distance himself from it. Good sign right? Wrong. Instead, the Trump campaign has merely decided that the outline needed a rebrand. Introducing: Agenda47.
To be clear, Trump probably wasn’t upset about the fascist playbook but rather was annoyed that his name wasn't on it, that’s where Agenda47 comes in. Both plans involve restructuring federal agencies to replace longtime workers with loyalists, large-scale deportations, and targeting LGBTQ people and abortion rights.
Trump’s agenda includes plans to cut schools that teach critical race theory, gender ideology and “Marxist theory.” (In other words, all of them). The former president would also undo any DEI policies and encourage home and religious schooling. He also promises to “restore law and order” by increasing stop and frisk, banning public camping, and deploying the national guard. That’s all only just the beginning.
So what’s the difference between Project 2025 and Agenda47? Honestly, it’s just the name.
