Growing Trash Piles Showing NYC Mayoral Inexperience?

The NYC Mayor's stated warmth of collectivism seems to be struggling to provide basic services in NYC after the new socialist democrat administration has taken office. Maybe an improved focus on actually running the city versus colorful slogans, catch phrases, and other ideological jerking around would do better for the people of NYC. In this clip (and some others on social media), it appears that basic sanitation has been off-line in NYC. Hire some people who know how to do business and run operations, as opposed to having an army of ideological clowns on staff who are not running things.
