Both Trump administrations have been hobbled by poor staffing choices. Instead of hiring people who share his vision and have the skill and mission dedication to achieve what POTUS is trying to accomplish. We have seen too many amateurish mistakes and bad judgment calls by key personnel in Trump's first and current administrations. He will not be able to properly serve the American people if his staff picks keep imploding, making bad decisions, and causing more problems than they resolve. Trump seems to know that it is a problem for his current administration, but he appears unable to make the proper selections and corrections. Mr. President, please turn things around. Pick the right people right now and let them do their jobs for you and for the American people.
