HOWEVER, BY 7:05p THERE WAS STILL NO LIVE FEED... WORD CAME OUT THAT THE CITY WAS HAVING "TECH ISSUES" AND THEY WOULD HAVE THE HEARING & MEETING RECORDED... AND THEN UPLOAD THE VIDEO AFTER IT WAS OVER!
THIS MIGHT VERY WELL BE THE CITY'S APRIL FOOL'S DAY JOKE!
