Bilbrey then discusses the strange anomaly of being able to see the Northern Lights as far down as Indiana, Kentucky, Georgia... and so on! He then shows off a few photographs of the amazing sky show he was able to capture.
Next up the City of Muncie's Board of Works meeting from Wednesday, May 8th, 2024 is discussed. The meeting lasted 4 minutes... which Bilbrey points out this is what leads to issues like the "Greenlight Resources" fiasco. When the BOWs members are spending less than 5 minutes going over the City's weekly bills and claims, maybe it's time to re-adjust what is happening!
Lastly, Bilbrey covers, in detail, the "Supplemental Compliance Report of the City of Muncie" that was filed on September 21st, 2023... by the Indiana State Board of Accounts. This document CLEARLY laid out issues with what the Dustin Clark was doing while working as a full-time City employee and also getting paid as a "Contract Employee" for the City. This report and how it was handled and not handled has a LOT to do with why the City of Muncie is currently in the situation it is now!
