as posted by the channelThe City of Muncie, Indiana, has been dealing with a controversy surrounding Mayor Dan Ridenour's "right-hand man," Dustin Clark, for the past few months.
The Political Spotlight team has been covering it since the start, and it has been dubbed the "Greenlight Resources LLC/Dustin Clark Fiasco."
Dustin has been on PAID, ADMINISTRATIVE, LEAVE since April 19th, 2024, and the Indiana State Board of Accounts & the Indiana State Police have been involved in this investigation!
Host Kristopher H. Bilbrey filed a public records request with the City of Muncie on April 26, 2024, for the following:
- ALL INVOICES FROM GREENLIGHT RESOURCES TO THE CITY...
- ALL CHECKS PAYING THOSE INVOICES (INCLUDING THE BACKS OF THE CHECKS SHOWING THE SIGNATURE OF THE PERSON FROM GREENLIGHT RESOURCES)...
- THE CONTRACT BETWEEN THE CITY & GREENLIGHT RESOURCES...
- ALL EMAILS TO/FROM THE CITY REFERENCE GREENLIGHT RESOURCES...
- ALL INVOICES FROM DUSTIN CLARK TO THE CITY...
- ALL CHECKS PAYING THOSE INVOICES (INCLUDING THE BACKS OF THE CHECKS SHOWING DUSTIN CLARK'S SIGNATURE)...
- THE CONTRACT BETWEEN THE CITY & DUSTIN CLARK...
- ALL EMAILS TO/FROM THE CITY REFERENCE DUSTIN CLARK DOING WORK RELATED TO THIS...
The City has taken forever to start releasing these records... OUTSIDE OF WHAT THE LAW SAYS! They first turned over some invoices from Greenlight Resources, a one-page contract & they turned over a few checks paid to Greenlight Resources.
Bilbrey then pushed back, asking for the BACKS of the checks... the only portion that mattered because it showed who signed for it!
The City finally complied with that request on Wednesday, June 5th, 2024... and that is what this video covers!
