Centrist Democrats Whine About Being Targeted For Obstructing Biden's Agenda

The DCCC is telling moderate Democrats that they need to get in line with the budget bill and the infrastructure package or else they can kiss their funding goodbye. They aren't happy about this, but now they finally get to understand what it is like to be a Progressive among Democrats, except that these moderates are threatening to derail the entire Biden agenda. Centrist Democrats in the House of Representatives are starting to get a little nervous after they have been pressured, they've been pressured by the White House, they're being pressured by representative Maloney, the Democratic chair of the Democratic Congressional Campaign Committee to get in line and support the three and a half trillion dollar budget bill that the Democrats are trying to get through because this budget bill, by the way, includes a lot of the pieces that should have been in the infrastructure bill, but those were taken out so that we could get some Republican support. The Senate's going to have to go through reconciliation on the budget bill to get us the really good pieces that are going to benefit American citizens. But it also has to go through the House. And right now, I believe you have about nine moderate centrist corporatist Democrats who are a little on the fence because, oh, we don't know. It's, is so big price tag. It's scary. Well, representative Maloney controlling the DCCC has been making phone calls.

And according to some of these centrists who have received these phone calls, they're taking it as a threat. They believe that Maloney and the DCCC will not give them money for their reelection campaigns if they do not fall in line and support this legislation. And I hope, I hope beyond hope that that really is the message that Maloney is trying to send here. Because if these Democrats are not going to fall in line and vote for this very good package that has real tangible benefits for the American public, then don't give them a dime. You're on your own. That's what should happen. Furthermore, I love the fact that these centrist Democrats are finally starting to feel a little heat. I mean, how many years did we have to go through these same moderates trashing Bernie Sanders because, well, he's not a Democrat. He shouldn't get to benefit. Bullcrap. Bernie Sanders has been more supportive, supportive of the budget bill, of the infrastructure bill, than any of these moderates. He is more of a Democrat than the rest of you. In fact, he's even better than a Democrat. So don't come with those crappy arguments anymore, folks.

You want to talk about somebody not being a Democrat, not going along with the Democratic agenda, you need to look at these nine idiot corporatists sitting in the House of Representatives who are threatening this three and a half trillion dollar budget bill, because they falsely believe that the American public actually gives a about the price tag. That is the most idiotic Republican talking point I've ever heard. How many times do you actually sit and fret over the cost of a piece of legislation, especially one that you know is going to create jobs. It's going to stimulate the economy. It's going to be a boon for your own bank account. When you put all those things together. Yeah. The public doesn't care how much that package costs, because it's going to benefit them personally. It's going to provide an overall benefit for the US economy. So these centrists are absolutely full of it. And I hope the DCCC withhold, withholds any campaign funding, any kind of material support for their tough reelection campaigns they have coming up, because if we do not get every single Democrat to vote for this thing, then this very good piece of legislation has no chance of passing.
