3:49Now PlayingDonald Trump has now been accused of violating federal law at a fourth property that he owns. The law is relatively minor - using the Presidential seal without authorization - but he has been warned about this in the past and continues to ignore those warnings. And while it may seem trivial, this is exactly the kind of thing that authorities should consider prosecuting him for in order to put him in his place. Ring of Fire's Farron Cousins discusses this.

Forbes recently reported based on photos posted to Instagram that Donald Trump is likely breaking the law at a fourth property that he owns. That property happens to be a, a Trump international golf club in west Palm beach, Florida. And the crime that is allegedly being broken is 18 us code section seven 13. And that code says that no person I'm paraphrasing, cuz it's very long and very, you know, verbose. You can't use the presidential seal without approval from the federal government, no matter what, no matter who you cannot do it, you cannot fabricate it. Can't create it. Can't display it. You can't do it unless we tell you, you can do it. And if you violate this law, it's up to six months in jail.
It's a small law folks. It really is. Right. I think this is kind of petty. This is tick tack type stuff. And yet it's the fourth golf course that has been photographed using the presidential seal. And the first time it happened, the Trump, uh, people claimed, oh no, sorry. That was just a gift from somebody. We were being nice to them. We'll take it out. And they did take it out, but they still got busted doing it. So it's still a violation of the law, but here's the thing. This one's easy. Yeah. It's crappy. It's a stupid little law. It's you know, kind of funny. It's not really like a huge criminal act. It doesn't show how corrupted he, he is. He, it shows how vain he is, but it's also very easy to prove. There are literally photographs. You own the property. This is on your property.
We have photographic evidence. I mean, case closed, right? You don't need Sherlock homes to go out there and crack the case. We've got it. And you could get up to six months in jail. And considering that he's done it four times, there's photographic evidence of every single one of them. Four times six, he could spend two years in jail. Why not? Right? That's my whole take on this. Yes, it's a stupid law. And otherwise I wouldn't even say think about it, but in this particular instance, because the man seems to be getting away with literally everything, including up in New York where Alvin brag is pretty much not gonna bring charges against him. Even though everybody who's worked on, it says we've uncovered criminal behavior. So DOJ, why don't you just get him for this? Right? Sure. Again, super petty, but I don't care anymore. I don't care if the DOJ is being petty. I don't care if this is a stupid little law, it's a real law that has real consequences written into it. So get to work. Right? You could put the man in jail for two years. That would be hilarious. Yes. He'll probably get away with everything else. But if you can pop him for something as simple and stupid as this, there is absolutely
No reason not to do it. Kind of like what Al Capone, right? Couldn't get 'em for all the horrible stuff. So he got 'em for tax evasion and it worked. So maybe try that here again, Petty's stupid little law, but it has real consequences that could stick Donald Trump into an orange jumpsuit behind bars for up to two years. And I say, if you've got that opportunity, you gotta take it.
