CNN Host Gets Arizona Republican Candidate To Admit She Doesn't Believe 2020 Election Results

CNN host Brianna Keilar was able to get Republican Arizona gubernatorial candidate Karrin Taylor Robson to admit on the air that she doesn't think the results of the 2020 election were legitimate. Robson is facing Trump-backed Republican Kari Lake in the primary - another Republican who also doesn't believe that the 2020 election results were legit. Both of these women are extreme, far right reality deniers, but Robson is somehow being pushed as the rational Republican. Ring of Fire's Farron Cousins explains what's happening.

A funny thing happened on CNN recently when you had Republican Arizona gubernatorial candidate, Karen Taylor Robinson appear on the network opposite, uh, host Brianna Kyler, where Kyler actually got Robson to admit that she doesn't believe in the results of the 20, 20 presidential election. Now I'm gonna get to that exchange in just a moment, but think about this for a second, Robson of course, is running in the Republican primary against Carrie lake who has been, uh, endorsed by Donald Trump. Carrie lake is a huge election denier in the state of Arizona. And so Donald Trump obviously gravitates towards that. The mag of folks gravitate towards that. And Robinson is being hyped as the, I guess, sane alternative. Mike Pence showed up in Arizona this past weekend to do an event for her, you know, to kind of go against Donald Trump. We've got Robinson, you've got lake other members of the Republican establishment of come out and endorsed Robinson because she's more in line with what the establishment thinks. And Brianna Kyler on CNN was able to expose just how extreme Robinson really is. Here's how that exchange went down. This is Robinson first. There's been investigation after investigation and there are things that, that need to be fixed. Absolutely. But I'm looking forward, I'm looking at 2022 and doing everything I can to keep Arizona's governor's office in Republican hands. So, okay. Right there. It seems all right, she's being reasonable. She's like, Hey, listen, we've had investigations. You know, there's a couple problems. We'll fix 'em, but let's look to the future.

And then Kyler pressed her and said, do you accept the outcome of the election of 2020 to which Robinson apparently just snapped? And she said this, we have the wrong guy in the white house. I believe the wrong president is in the white house. The 2020 election at a minimum was not fair. And that's my consistent answer. Okay. You literally just contradicted yourself though, because you admitted like, Hey, we've had investigation after investigation. We couldn't find anything. We found a couple of little problems and then you're like, Nope, it was totally stolen. All of it gone wrong guy in the white house, Donald Trump won. It was stolen. It was not fair, blah, blah, blah. You're a liar. And the worst part is you clearly know that you are a liar because you have admitted. Like we looked at the evidence and there is no evidence, but I still believe this totally false thing that I clearly know is false because I'm trying to catch up to carry lake because I'm trying to court those crazed mega voters in the state of Arizona to show them that, Hey, I can be just as nutty as the other lady is that's what's happening in the state of Arizona folks.

We've got two Republican

Nut jobs trying to out crazy each other for the Republican nomination. Neither of them is the same choice. Neither of them is the rational candidate. They both believe in this fantasy that has been debunked countless times, especially in the state of Arizona. They have had five different times when Donald Trump has lost their state in the 20, 20 election, five times they have done recounts. They have done audits, they have done signature verifications. There was even another audit by the way, that took place after the cyber ninjas audit.
