Trump Goes Into Meltdown Mode After Reporter Says His Influence Is Weakening

Donald Trump had another public meltdown this week after he finally got around to reading an article in The New York Times that claimed that his power within the Republican Party was weakening. Trump got on Truth Social and posted a statements claiming victory for multiple different candidates that he endorsed that actually won, while completely ignoring his horrible track record with endorsements overall. Donald Trump had yet another mini meltdown yesterday, uh, after he finally decided to read a three day old article from the New York times, that claimed that his power was weakening within the Republican party, because so many of his endorsements have failed this year. And of course in previous years where Donald Trump's endorsement was actually more likely to cause you to lose your election than it was to cause you to win it. Now, his track record in this year's primaries actually got off to a fairly decent start, but then as things kept rolling, he suffered more and more losses putting him back around. I think that 50% mark meaning his endorsement is effectively useless for most people, but Donald Trump finally, again, read the article that came out on Saturday. So on Tuesday he reads it and he puts out a lengthy statement here that he posts on truth, social.

And this is what he has to say. Incredible how the New York times just never gives up one of their third rate. Columnists wrote a story on Saturday saying that despite almost universal victories in every major race, Trump may be losing his power. He universal victory. That's God almighty. That's so far away from reality. It's hilarious. He then goes on to list like three different races where the person he endorsed wins like three. So he continues. There are far too many races to discuss on our truth social platform, which in my opinion is far better than Twitter, but just like the New York times got a Pulitzer prize for reporting on the Russia, Russia, Russia hoax only to sense report that the story was a fake. It was a made up fairy tale of zero truth or consequence. No, they didn't. Their story about my possible weakening power is fake news.

That doesn't mention any of these recent victories. PS, the time should give up its manufactured Pulitzer prize for reporting on Russia, Russia, Russia, which was the exact opposite of the facts. They got it all wrong. The only thing they should get a Pulitzer prize for is writing fake news. Likewise, the Washington post he's not even done yet. Folks, you got more. I will say that there are disadvantages to having this never before seen endorsement power. I endorsed Mitch McConnell who was going to lose in a record fashion. And he ended up winning. I endorsed Brian Kemp in Georgia who was going to come in last place and he won a landslide and I endorse some others who have not been good to me, but I will never be good to them either. He is so diluted by his own narcissism that he can't look at basic statistics and he thinks that we are so stupid. We can't look at basic statistics. Like I've said, a Trump endorsement actually makes it more likely that you will lose your race than win it. Statistically, the people that he endorses lose their race more often than not. And when Trump issues that endorsement,

It actually creates the opposite effect and causes the opponent. Whether it's a Republican primary opponent or a democratic opponent in a general, it causes them to raise more money than the person that Donald Trump just endorsed majority of the time. So no, you do not have some kind of unprecedented endorsement power. What you've got is an overblown ego and an aversion to reality that makes it impossible for you to see what's really happening in these races, where you have endorsed some of the worst people in this country to ever run for office. And I expect you're facing a big humiliation by the time November rolls around.
