Special Master Lets Trump Knows He's Tired Of His Crap

Judge Raymond Dearie, the special master in the documents case, went after Donald Trump and his legal team this week, effectively letting them know that he has run out of patience with them. What set him off is the fact that the Trump Team is trying to claim privilege for documents that couldn't even remotely be considered privilege, and the lawyers are unable to even explain WHY they are claiming privilege. During a status call this past week with Judge Ray, dear the special master that Donald Trump personally picked to oversee the documents, Case Deer started to get with Donald Trump and his legal team because the legal team keeps trying to claim privilege over documents. And as far as deer can tell, and he brought this up on the phone call, um, I can't see anything here that's privileged, nor are you able to even explain to me why you're claiming privilege over these documents. So here's a couple of quick little snippets of what de said on this status call. Uh, first one was saying it so doesn't make it. So when they were talking about, no, these are, these are, uh, uh, privilege. And he's like, But why? Like, just saying they're privilege doesn't actually mean they're privileged. And then he went on, I have no patience for either one of you talking to attorneys on both sides.

I don't wanna be dealing with nonsense objections, nonsense assertions, um, with the assertions he was referring to Trump's assertion that he owns many of these documents, but that statement alone, and there's more, I'll read 'em in a second, but that statement alone just kind of shows like DE's just, right? He's already tired of this. He clearly doesn't want to be doing it anymore. And he's got a deal, of course with the doj. And on one side, and I imagine probably not the easiest folks to deal with, it is a massive government agency. And on the other side you've got the bumbling band of buffoons of Trump's legal team. Like, what a horrible situation for judge. Dear, I do feel bad for the guy. Like, this job sucks and he's stuck with it. But then he continue, uh, it's a little per perplexing as I go through the log, Where's the beef?

And what that one is, of course referring to is not just the old Wendys commercial, but like, what, what, what's your problem with the documents? Like, what, where do you think any of this information is privileged? Now, obviously, this is very bad for Donald Trump, Dear, is not going along with just any claim of privilege that Trump's lawyers throw out there, which is a good thing. It's exactly what we could have wanted, which of course, by the way, is why when Judge Cannon improperly, by the way, decided to appoint a special master. I was telling people from the beginning, Don't freak out about it. It's not gonna be that bad. And, and I do think we lucked out, like if it had been anybody but dairy probably could've been a little bit worse, but de is exactly what I would've hoped for. It's the guy Trump picked. So he can't claim that, Oh no, they put their guy, No, it's your guy. So, you know, don't about it. But two, he's going through the documents like he should. He's adding more legitimacy to it. For

Anybody who may have been on the fence about whether this was politically motivated and he's giving Trump a harder time than the DOJ ever would have, like, honestly, can't imagine anybody better being the special master, right? I mean, you can't be annoyed with this. So let the process play out and the more and more off that deer gets at Trump's legal team, the worse it's going to be for Donald Trump. There is nothing right now that has gone against the doj. In fact, if I were the doj, I would drop your lawsuit trying to get the special master kicked off the case. Let it play out.
