DeSantis AGAIN Abuses His Power To Destroy Career Of His Critics

Ron DeSantis is under fire once again for attempting to abuse his power in order to destroy the career of one of his critics - a Florida school superintendent. The Florida Department of Education sent Superintendent Rocky Hanna a letter saying that they have "probable cause" to possibly revoke his teaching license after a complaint from the far right Moms for Liberty group asked DeSantis in a letter to fire Hanna - the letter was stamped with a "Let's Go Brandon" stamp. Florida Governor Ron DeSantis is back to doing what he does best and punishing people in the state for criticizing him even the most mild forms of criticism. His latest target is a man by the name of Rocky Hannah. Now, Mr. Hannah happens to be the superintendent for schools for Leon County. And what Mr. Hannah did apparently is an unforgivable act according to the group Moms for Liberty, which of course is the group that filed the letter to Rhon DeSantis saying, you gotta come fire this guy cuz he doesn't like you. But according to reports, this is so dumb, Mr. Hannah, his big crime, his biggest crime,

Was asking Ron DeSantis to rethink his ascension and basically banning of mask mandates in the state of Florida, while Covid was still killing hundreds of people a day in this state alone. Like that was his big crime. Like, Hey, I have to take care of these schools. All of these children at all of the schools in my district are under my care. The teachers are, the administrators are. Could you maybe rethink the mask thing? Like maybe rethink it? That apparently is enough to be like, oh hell no. You gotta go, man. He also, as moms for Liberty, pointed out when the don't say gay legislation was passed, he allegedly told his teachers in his district, like you do, you do not worry about anything you do, you is what he told them. Now that's what they say you do. You.

So, Manny Diaz, leader of the Department of Education here in the state of Florida sends a letter to Mr. Hannah, uh, that says, uh, letter claims the DOE has probable cause to quote, justify sanctions against your Florida, uh, Florida educator certificate. The d OE claims it has been investigating of Hannah's personal views have had an impact on how he runs the district. So it didn't say they've determined that his personal political views impacted how he runs the district. They just said, Hey, we looked at it. Now we're gonna rethink your Florida educator's certificate because you don't go along with Rhon DeSantis. Now, as I mentioned, it was the group Moms for Liberty that filed the complaint directly to Rhon DeSantis. Let me read this. Uh, this is from Raw Story. Brandy Andrews, the vice chair of the local Leon County Extremist Group. Moms for Liberty wrote DeSantis to ask him to fire Hannah.

The Associated Press reports, we are fighting tirelessly with our local school board to no avail. Andrews wrote, citing Hannah's mask mandate, his opposition to the state's new education laws and directives, and his public criticism of the governor. She noted that she had appeared in a DeSantis reelection TV commercial. Her letter was stamped. Let's go Brandon.
