4:39Now PlayingAccording to a new report, Senator Dianne Feinstein expressed confusion over why Kamala Harris was presiding over a Senate vote last summer where she had to cast the deciding vote. Harris was fulfilling her duty as Vice President of the United States, and it appears that Feinstein did not realize that Harris was the VP. Her mental acuity is no longer questionable - it is dangerous to the country and those that are propping her up should face criminal charges at this point. Ring of Fire's Farron Cousins explains what happened.

The stories about Democratic Senator Diane Feinstein just keep coming out. And recently the New York Times reported that last year before, you know, Feinstein's illness and you know, missing, uh, several months this year she was in the Senate. They had done a vote, the vote was tied. So in incomes, vice President Kamala Harris, who then has to preside over the vote and cast the tie breaking vote according to people who were there when Harris walked in and started presiding over the session again, which is the job of the vice president. Like you don't have many jobs, but that is definitely one of 'em. Feinstein said, what is she doing here?
She didn't know, according to those people who were present at the time why Kamala Harris is, why is she up here, what is she doing? Which tells us several things. She didn't know the Kamala Harris was vice president. She didn't realize what had happened with the vote and why the vice president might have come in to preside and cast the tie breaking vote. Third, she is still living, at least in her mind, in a time when Kamala Harris, who she does know, was still a senator, not the vice president, which is why it would spark confusion cuz she recognized who it was but didn't realize what happened at the time passed that she became vice president and was no longer a senator. Which of course is a symptom.
What's happening with Diane Feinstein is not funny. None of these segments I do talking about her and, and her diminished mental capacity is meant to make fun of her or anything like that. The reason I'm even talking about this story, cuz I know I've talked about it recently too, is because I think at this point criminal charges need to be brought against her aids and staffers. I genuinely believe that these people should be arrested. This is elder abuse. And to be honest, I think you could probably hit them for fraud against the government of the United States. There have been plenty of reports in the last two weeks telling us that these aids to Feinstein have had to repeatedly tell her when she goes in to vote, this is how you, you were gonna vote on this. So you have to vote like this. This is what this legislation is. These people are pulling the strings but making it seem like Diane Feinstein is doing it while she's voting, while she's walking, while she's talking. So how is that not fraud against the government because she is a senator, she has power, but she cannot use that power because of her diminished mental capacity. So her aids instead are using that power through her. They are manipulating her to use that
Power. I think that constitutes fraud against the government. And I think all of these people, at least for the abuse part, because they know she is not well enough to do this job, they should all face criminal charges. And if the reports are true that Nancy Pelosi is the one making Feinstein. Hang on. I mean Pelosi is the one who, a couple, you know, month or two ago said attacking Feinstein is just sexism and misogyny. Nope. That's just your go-to when you don't have a good rebuttal. And I'm sick and tired of hearing that. We heard that with Hillary Clinton. If you offered even the mildest of criticism of her, it's well, you're just a misogynist.
